The organization previously sold the contract for operations of the facilities. Subject to the statute of limitations of legal activity, the board of directors paid for four years of wrap up services and amortized the amount over a 48 month period, reported as the quest management fees. The legal concerns have now been resolved, and the board of directors voted to dissolve and liquidate the organization.
