Metropolitan foundation of atlanta, INC. Was organized, and at all times operates, to serve the needs and interests of the community foundation for greater atlanta, INC. And the metropolitan atlanta community, to benefit and promote the well-being of the people of the metropolitan atlanta community, and to acquire, receive, and accept property to be administered exclusively for charitable purposes, primarily in, or for the benefit of the people of, the metropolitan atlanta community.
