University extended care ("pec") owns two facilities. The kentwood facility has 100 skilled nursing beds. The westwood facility has 149 beds which includes an alzheimer's unit and a wing designed for orthopedic and cardiac patient rehabilitation. The combined pec facilities experienced an occupancy of 74.22%. System wide, resident days totaled 17,002. Both the kentwood and westwood facilities were sold to pruitt properties, INC. On september 30, 2023.
