Strategic investments of 3,100,000 were made through an extensive community, volunteer-driven evaluation process. These funds support 82 critical human services programs across 53 local nonprofit organizations, providing a safety-net for the most vulnerable and pathways for upward mobility, ensuring everyone can thrive. The team has also completed three bipoc (black, indigenous, people of color) nonprofit leadership symposiums and graduated more than 55 nonprofit leaders.

Direct services, provided through the united way's 211 information and referral service and county service centers, answered more than 8645 calls for help and coordinated the distribution of managed funds, including the city of savannah's rental and security deposit assistance program. The team distributed more than 570,000 of assistance since the program's inception to 440 families, a 40% increase over the city's original goal for number of families served. Other notable assistance includes, but is not limited to the publix fund with more than 8,000 in assistance to employed individuals experiencing hardship, approximately 460,000 to support disaster support in the area, specialized needs in the region, and 48,000 to break down transportation barriers through the women united transportation fund.
