CCHS is a WV nonprofit corporation. It is the parent company of Camden Clark Memorial Hospital Corporation, which provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services for residents of the mid-ohio valley. It is also a parent to Camden Clark Foundation and Camden Clark Physicians Corporation. CCHS has no operations or activities of its own. There are no employees of CCHS. There is a board of directors that meets periodically throughout the year.
