To provide financial, management and spiritual support to and for the benefit of the pallottine missionary sisters-queen of apostles province, a nonprofit women religious institute of the roman catholic church incorporated under the law of the state of missouri and any other corporation or entity exempt from federal income taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 that is controlled by or affiliated with the pallottine missionary sisters-queen of apostles province.
