The organization's mission is set forth in its governing document: to endow a Chair of Gynecologic Pathology in the Medical School of the Johns Hopkins University. Assets from the organization are used to pay the expenses of the Medical School of the Johns Hopkins University. Assets from the organization are used to pay the expenses of the Professor of Gynecologic Pathology, with any additional assets used for the support of the Gynecologic Pathology Laboratory.
