Since its founding in 1999, RDF has provided responsible, attainable financial solutions to community-based organizations working in health, education, affordable housing, homeownership, entrepreneurship, and community resilience. RDF is one of the few cdfis to hold a prestigious AA- rating from s&p, a reflection of its exceptional financial strength and impact.
