Anchored by a community school coordinator,the partnerships allow schools to become resources to the community and offerprograms and opportuniteis that are open to all. Out of school time - i.e. Afterschool programming- is aligned with every community school to extend and enrich theeducational experience of every student.

As a result of our collaboration, the infantmortality rate for baltimore city has dropped to an unprecented low.
