Through ydi, we support a coalition of more than 40 local nonprofits that use sports as a tool for positive youth development. FFC provides these organizations with grant funding, capacity-building support, and research and evaluation services designed to strengthen program quality and organizational sustainability.purpose and impact:ydi strengthens the infrastructure of DC's youth sports ecosystem, enabling partner organizations to reach more underserved children with higher-quality, evidence-based programming.
