CPDC develops and preserves financially sound, socially responsible affordable housing for low-income individuals and families through acquisition, development and ownership, and works in partnership with residents of housing developments (collectively "projects") to establish service programs that strengthen their communities and increase opportunities for individual growth. All projects are located in washington, d.c., virginia, and maryland.
