The organization seeks to provide charitable aid to poor and distressed or underpriviledged carpenters, joiners, related trade and occupations and their families and dependents without regard to race, color, creed, sex or national origin. The organization also provides contributions to worthy organization's board of directors or designated officers or agents, to determine whether the donation furnished is likely to aid them. The amount and nature of the aid provided is at the organization's discretion on a case by case basis.
