Services for the aging include the eldercare locator, a national call center designed to help older adults, and their caregivers locate local aging services and supports. Services to support the aging network, include assistance with planning and capacity building to provide aging services; aligning health and social care; promoting social engagement; supporting caregivers through innovation, volunteer engagement and respite programming; seeding innovation in transportation and housing for older adults and people with disabilities; and supporting people living with dementia to thrive in the community. In 2024, the organization received $49,391,320 in donated services for services for the aging.

Annual conference is the association's largest training and technical assistance platform offering members and other attendees the opportunity to learn about the latest policy and programmatic developments in the field of aging, caregiving, and home and community-based services. Educational opportunities focus on best practices in aging service delivery, information on new trends and directions in the field from experts and learning, networking and engagement as well with peers, key stakeholders, and businesses. Additionally, the association conducts capacity building and topical polls and surveys of members to gauge changes in operations and critical and emerging issues as well as conducting policy, leadership and topical meetings to educate and exchange information with members.

Public policy - usaging advocates for improved legislative and regulatory federal policy to support aging well at home that is informed by our members' experience and expertise. We educate congress, the administration and other policymakers and stakeholders on the value of our members' work and its impact on older adults', people with disabilities and family caregivers. Usaging does this through educational events, in-person and virtual policymaker visits, legislative and regulatory analysis and comments, support from grassroots advocacy, an annual publication of our policy priorities and more.
