In 2024, we had an increase in our admissions compared to the last 2 years. We continue to provide high quality care and successfully closed our 2024 with 4.5 star rating by centers for medicare and medicaid services (CMS) home health compare for over 6 years! We also offer a falls prevention education program to reduce the risk of falls and increase in-home safety. This education program has proven effective as we celebrate our 7th year of zero severe harm and/or death. We also have other specialty programs, such as wound/ostomy care with oversight by a certified wound nurse.our high-quality care is due to highly engaged team members. In 2024, adventist home care services' employee engagement score is at 4.12, which is above 50th percentile compared to other agencies. We focused on continuous recognition for our team members and had our 2nd inaugural clinician of the year awards. The award ceremony recognizes top performers in quality of care, patient experience, rises values and overall. In 2024, we implemented the national recognition of daisy awards. Usually, this award is for inpatient setting, we were able to roll this out to our home care team.
