The Housing Stabilization Program provides client stability through rent and utility assistance, homeless rehousing, and homeless outreach. In 2024, Cross-Lines provided over $185,000 in rent and utility assistance. Through our Homeless Outreach efforts, 53 people moved from homelessness into permanent housing.
