Alumni records - the alumni association of kansas state university maintains and updates demographical information on more than 250,000 kansas state university graduates, former students, and friends of the university. Through the efforts of the alumni records program, a 90% addressable mailing list is maintained which allows the association to achieve its exempt purpose.

Publications - the award-wining k-stater magazine is distributed five times a year to more than 36,000 alumni members, elementary and secondary schools, and libraries. This periodical informs alumni, prospective students, and interested constituent groups of the activities of kansas state university and its alumni.
