The greater topeka chamber of commerce mobilizes the community to speak with a highly influential voice in support of public policies that create economic success. Through a robust advocacy program which includes extensive professional relationships with elected officials, coalition-building across the region, a military relations council and an affiliated but autonomous state and local political action committee, the chamber pursues its vision of topeka and shawnee county as a community which is vibrant, innovative, fun, diverse and healthy, in part, because its public policies enable it to flourish in the global marketplace.
