BFST II, Inc. was formed for the exclusive purpose of benefiting, supporting, and furthering the charitable activities of Boston Foundation, Inc. (the "Foundation")and to assist the Foundation in carrying out its charitable and educational activities. By doing so, the Foundation can more efficiently and effectively utilize available resources and carry out its exempt purposes.
