The brevard homeless coalition is a HUD-designated lead agency for the brevard county continuum of care responsible for managing all matters regarding homelessness in brevard county, florida. This includes, but no limited to 1) managing the coordinated entry process, 2) applying for, receiving, reporting, measuringand monitoring all revelant federal and state homeless grants, and 3) coordinating relevant community-wide collaborations in the areas of health care, education, employment, childcare and law enforcement.
