The corporation is organized and is to be operated exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes and for the support or benefit of, to perform the functions of or to carry out the purposes primarily of convoy of hope and other exempt organizations which are described in code section 501(c)(3), qualified under sections 509(a)(2), and which support and promote christian outreach, edification and values.
