Fayette Physician Network Inc. FPN is a nonprofit corporation formed in July 2012. FPN was formed to own and operate physician practices that serve the patients of Fayette County Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. FPN has at all times since its formation been organized and operated for charitable purposes within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code Section 501c3. During 2024, FPN operated several clinics, emergency departments, hospitalists groups, and other specialty provider support to various hospitals located throughout PA, WV, MD, and OH.
