The purpose of goodwill mission and job creation services (gmjcs) is to catalyze the creation of jobs and services for people with disabilities and economic disadvantages. It promotes this mission by making loans for stores and attended donation centers to goodwill member organizations, thereby enabling members to accelerate donated goods retail store openings, create jobs, expand services and enhance mission.
