Prior to ceasing activities and operations expenses were incurred in providing superior professional cardiology services to the residents of the inspira medical centers, INC. ("imc") service area in a non-discriminatory manner and regardless of ability to pay, to assist imc in the management of its cardiology service line and to otherwise assist inspira health network, INC. And imc in carrying out its tax-exempt charitable mission.
