In support of the charitable mission of its exempt parent hospital corporation, the purpose of ST. Luke's sugar land properties corporation (slslpc) is to own, hold, operate, maintain, lease, and otherwise manage the real property that encompasses the sugar land hospital campus. Slslpc owns and maintains the real property that supports the ST. Luke's sugar land hospital operations as well as the adjacent real property that serves as a medical office building for the physicians that serve the hospital.
