The organization has sent over 30,000 scarves to every state and multiple foreign countries to people facing over 90 different types of cancer. The hope scarf collection contains thousands of scarves and stories collected.

Hope scarves maintains a metastatic breast cancer research fund to broaden how the organization brings hope to people facing cancer. A portion of each dollar donated to hope scarves goes toward translational research.
