Baptist patient safety system, INC. Is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious and scientific purposes, including, but not limited to, establishing, maintaining, and managing a patient safety organization pursuant to the public health service ACT, 42 u.s.c. Section 299b, to qualify as a patient safety organization and to provide confidential, expert advice to affiliated health care provider entities whose sole corporate member is baptist memorial health care corporation, and to engage in any and all patient safety activities and any other activities permitted by the tennessee nonprofit corporation ACT unless expressly prohibited to be conducted by a patient safety organization by the patient safety and quality improvement ACT.
