Northwest Medical Center Association (Mosaic-Albany) is a critical access hospital located in Albany, Missouri, and operates clinics in Albany, Grant City, New Hampton, and Stanberry. Its primary service area is predominantly rural and includes Gentry and Worth counties located in northwest Missouri.
