Quadrangle Housing Company is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes, including, for such purpose, to support the educational and charitable activities of The Washington University including, without limitation, the acquisition, ownership, leasing, disposition, construction, maintenance, operation and/or management of residential or other facilities owned and/or operated by or for The Washington University.
