Mary's duluth clinic health system, dba essentia health east, is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, scientific, and religious purposes exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of its supported organizations as listed on schedule a of form 990, all of which are organizations described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986. Essentia health east serves as the operational parent of the essentia health entities operating within the east region that serve a regional population in minnesota and wisconsin.the legal entities comprising essentia health east file separate form 990s.
