Beaver dam community hospitals, INC. (BDCH) is a not-for-profit 60-bed community hospital located in beaver dam, wisconsin that provides both inpatient and outpatient services. There are medical/surgical, telemetry, intensive care, obstetrics, and nursery units on the inpatient floors. There is an emergency room, urgent care, surgery center, rehabilitation center, pain clinic, outpatient medical oncology clinic, medical imaging, pharmacy department and a wound center.
