Client Services assists adults and children to maintain their health and understand how to navigate the healthcare, social services, and early childhood systems, thus reducing costs and improving health outcomes. The program provides case management services to help clients identify and navigate resources, identify and overcome barriers, and access appropriate care and medical coverage. The program also provides education and referrals to community agencies and resources. 7,955 clients were served this year.
