Mission health owns a facility that is predominantly used to further the charitable purposes of providence hospital and trinity health-michigan. The facility is used by the medical staff of providence hospital as a diagnostic imaging center and to provide immunizations to children to promote health and wellness in the community. The facility also houses community education programs and operates a community health improvement fund to improve the health status and quality of life of the materially poor.
