Since 1981, hospice of north ottawa community has been providing hospice care, palliative care and bereavement services to patients throughout ottawa and muskegon counties. Hospice of north ottawa community cares for patients in their own homes, at nursing homes, in the hospital, and at hospice residences. Our experienced team provides compassionate physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and bereavement care to enhance the final months of life. Patients can expect regular visits from our caring team of professionals that includes physicians, registered nurses, hospice health aides, social workers, spiritual care providers, dietary counselors, and trained volunteers. A plan of care is developed for each individual based on the particular needs of the patient and family.
