Chapter programming & development - the organization provides support for approximately 130 local chapters with resources and programs focused on chapter development by assessing chapter strengths and identifying opportunity areas for growth. The organization also provides online learning opportunities, manuals and guides found in the resource library, and electronic newsletters, all of which are available throughout the year. The organization assists with chapter operations, risk management, member experience, finance and housing, community relations, recruitment, and cultivating alumnae support.

Leadership training - the organization provides local chapters with resources and programs focused on developing member leadership skills and assisting students in improving various educational opportunities. The organization provides opportunities for leadership and professional skill development through networking and signature events, including pi beta phi leadership institute, biennial convention, college weekend, officer retreats and critical conversations, a pi beta phi risk prevention education program.

Alumnae programming & engagement - the organization enables alumnae members of pi beta phi to continue in various membership and volunteer roles, as well as to provide friendships that will last a lifetime, by creating a network of sisters and friends supporting each other as they achieve personal and professional goals throughout their life. The organization provides opportunities for members to connect through literacy service, anniversary and reunion celebrations, leadership summits, conventions, and special alumnae events.
