SwedishAmerican Health System Corporation is the parent corporation of SwedishAmerican Hospital, SwedishAmerican Foundation, SwedishAmerican Self Insurance Trust and SwedishAmerican Realty Corporation, which are exempt organizations. SwedishAmerican Health System Corporation is also the parent of State & Charles, Inc. (disclosed on Schedule R) which is a for profit entity. The purpose of SwedishAmerican Health System Corporation is to manage and direct the activities of these entities.
