CFGD charitable trust assists the community foundation of greater dubuque with its mission to improve the quality of life in greater dubuque by serving donors, making grants, and providing community leadership through programs that enhance education, community betterment, arts and culture, and health and human services. CFGD trust coordinates its activities with those of the community foundation and by making grants to charitable organizations.
