Mercy hospital of devils lake foundation ("foundation") was incorporated as a legal entity in 2009 and has been granted 501(c)(3), tax-exempt status. The foundation's purpose is to serve as the official gift-receiving and gift-administration agency of mercy hospital of devils lake.the goal of the foundation's staff and board of directors is to raise funds through special events, annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, corporate/foundation grants, and capital campaigns to help fund the health care programs and project and community outreach services offered by mercy hospital of devils lake.
