THE FILING ORGANIZATION IS A PART OF THE ASCENSION CATHOLIC HEALTH MINISTRY. ASCENSION IS A FAITH-BASED HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION THAT DELIVERS PERSONALIZED, COMPASSIONATE CARE TO ALL, ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO NEED IT THE MOST. St. Mary's Health, Inc. is comprised of two hospital campuses, Ascension St. Vincent Evansville, a 351-bed acute care hospital and Ascension St. Vincent Orthopedic Hospital, a 24-bed orthopedic hospital, both of which provide services without regard to patient race, creed, national origin, economic status, or ability to pay. During fiscal year 2024, St. Mary's Health, Inc. treated 14,161 adults and children for a total of 67,672 patient days of service. The hospital also provided services for 381,859 outpatient visits, which included 19,065 outpatient surgeries and 49,299 Emergency Room Visits.
