Grants are paid according to Trust Agreement dated December 29, 1987,between the Holden Arboretum and Keybank, N.A., as Trustee. The trust shall be organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes by distributing its net income to or for the exclusive benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the charitable, educational, and scientific purposes of the Arboretum. Keybank maintains a responsiveness to the needs and activities of the beneficiary organization in the attainment of its mission.
