Vsi, an affiliate company of VGS, exists to connect individuals with disabilities to jobs in the private sector. Vsi contracts with businesses to meet their labor and staffing needs while providing secure and good paying jobs for ohioans with disabilities who are often overlooked as potential employees. In 2024, 95 individuals with disabilities earned more than $870,000 in wages through vsi contracts. These jobs do more than provide much needed skills training, work experience, and pay checks to individuals with disabilities, they demonstrate the talents of individuals with disabilities and the value that they bring to the workforce. Vsi helps realize the VGS mission of "creating pathways for individuals with disabilities to engage in the community, achieve greater independence, and attain employment.
