MKV, INC. Formerly owned the meadows and operated a low income elderly housing community under a regulatory agreement with HUD. The fixed assets of the entity were sold to a partnership in 2016 and MKV, INC. Holds seller carryback notes related to this transaction. Payments received on the notes are used to support the operations of maple knoll communities, INC., a non-profit organization that provides housing, healthcare and other services for the elderly.
