The purpose for which lifespace management, INC. Is organized are to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes including the following:(a) to provide management and related services to unlicensed or licensed residential properties which are owned and/or operated by lifespace communities, INC.(b) to provide management and related services to agencies which are owned and/or operated by lifespace services, INC. And any future exempt affiliate or subsidiary.(c) to develop resources to enhance and support programs for the specialized needs of aged persons. (d) to participate in activities which promote the general mental and physical health of the residents of the communities served. (e) to secure, raise and arrange capital to provide for the development, implementation and support of such facilities, programs, and services consistent with the purpose of lifespace management, INC.
