Blueprint NC coordinated nonpartisan outreach and education activities designed to encourage civic participation and inform voters about the election process. Working with more than 100 partner organizations, Blueprint NC provided training, data tools, and coordination support to increase public engagement across the state. Partners submitted 332,347 voter registration applications, completed over 4.4 million phone outreach attempts with 484,126 successful conversations, made 849,975 door visits with 318,491 in-person contacts, and sent 3 million text messages. The program trained 75 staff from 30 organizations and offered shared technology and reporting tools to strengthen operational capacity.

Blueprint NC supported local and regional organizations in developing skills, resources, and infrastructure to sustain community programs year-round. Through its Movement Centers initiative, the organization awarded five $20,000 grants to community and cultural centers that hosted planning meetings, educational sessions, youth programs, and cultural events. In addition, the Base-Building Collective provided $10,000 mini-grants to seven membership-based organizations to expand outreach and volunteer engagement through structured community events. These initiatives helped strengthen local leadership, encourage collaboration, and build long-term organizational capacity.

Blueprint NC partnered with 40 organizations to coordinate a statewide voter assistance and safety initiative. The program supported poll presence efforts in 64 counties and 348 polling places, with 966 volunteer shifts during early voting and Election Day. Blueprint NC's "Power, Protection, and Encouragement" program organized 116 on-site events offering information, refreshments, and support to voters. The organization also launched a statewide volunteer "Chill Team" of 70 trained individuals who provided de-escalation support at polling locations as needed. Collectively, partners helped respond to more than 5,800 voter hotline calls, improving communication, coordination, and voter experience.
