Since 2010, mercy services downtown has been serving the metropolitan atlanta, georgia area by providing the facilities for the various programs and outreach services of saint joseph's health system, which provides care to homeless and disadvantaged people in need throughout the community.recently, mercy services downtown also received funds connected to the new markets tax credit, which are being used to renovate the facilities occupied by saint joseph's mercy care services. This renovation, along with the construction of additional clinical space, will allow saint joseph's mercy care services to further expand their services.
