To advance and develop policies to overcome alzheimer's and all other dementia (continued in SCH o) through increased investment in research, enhanced care and improved support.form 990, part v, line 2a & 2b, part vii, SEC a & SCH j:the alzheimer's association acts as common paymaster for itself and AIM. See treas. Reg. Section 31.3121 (s)-1 (b)(2). Consistent with form 990 instructions for part v, line 2a to report numbers of employees on form w-3 and compensation reported on part vii, column d & schedule j reflect amounts attributable to AIM under this common paymaster arrangement. Each of these officers and highest compensated employee are a w-2 employee of the alzheimer's association and receives a single paycheck from the alzheimer's association. However, wages, benefits and related taxes are allocated between the two organizations based on time dedicated to each.
