To support and expand the works and activities of the gacf within the georgetown and williamson county community as a whole, by contributing support to the CTCF. To receive and maintain a fund or funds of real or personal property, or both, and subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth in the articles of incorporation, to use and apply the whole or any part of the income therefrom and the principal thereof exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the gacf.
