Pet food and supplies that were purchased by the organization were given to the non-profits. Sleeping crates were shipped directly to non-profit homeless and domestic violence shelters.

Emergency veterinary care: in 2024, there were 2,142 invoices totaling $1,151,261 (average of $537) paid to 506 hospitals in 41 states with a total of 1,690 pets treated; 87% were dogs, 13% were cats with an average cost per pet of $681. Some hospitals gave a discount. 63% of the callers were women, 37% were men and 7% were veterans. The average time they had been homeless was 3 years and 8 months. 27% were living in their vehicles.

Wellness clinics include basic exams and vaccinations. Sometimes spay/neuter procedures are performed at the location of the clinic.
