Vail health services is the parent company of a group of companies generally known as vail health, whose mission is to elevate health across our mountain communities. These companies provide health services, including orthopedic services, regional cancer services, and emergency services. We integrate and align service offerings with our physician partners to maximize flexibility and responsiveness to patient needs, including preventive health services and continuous quality improvement through investment in technology, facilities and staff development.

Vail health holdings owns or leases 87 condominium units (218 beds) for professional workforce housing. With this investment in employee housing, the organization's housing inventory almost doubled from 93 units to 180, and the total employee bed count increased by 58 percent from 160 beds to 380.
