Sdtmd allocated and distributed the available assessment revenue by contracting with qualified grant recipients to supply marketing programs and services as required under the provisions of the contract with the city of san diego and approved by the board of directors of sdtmd. Recipients of funding were required to clearly demonstrate a measurable return on investment for the programs and services funded as measured by incremental new room nights generated.
