The principal purpose of this corporation is to operate for the benefit of the YMCA of northern rock county, INC. (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "YMCA") by acquiring, managing, investing, administering, and disbursing funds for capital improvements and additions to the facilities of, to the giving, granting, and lending of operating funds to, and otherwise to provide for the benefit of the YMCA exclusively so long as the YMCA exists and satisfies the requirements of section 501(c)(3) and section 509(a)(1)(2) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding sections of any later federal tax code.
